What is your return/exchange policy?

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale.  However, due to the category of our product (perishable) we are unable to offer refunds. Unopened and unused merchandise may be returned for online credit within 10 days of receipt of item/s when accompanied by the following:

-Original receipt/packing slip, all original packaging affixed to item.  opened and/or used items will not be accepted for exchange or credit.  We do not cover costs for return shipping.  

Refunds are not issued for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Items in these catagories will be replaced on a case by cased basis.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact keba@butterbykeba.com or 347-674-3638.

I purchased $50 or more in product but I received an error/invalid message when I sumbitted my code.

Do you have samples?

We are working on a fragrance sample kit that will be available for $5-7 incudling shipping.  We will reach out to all inquiries for samples once it is ready to ship.

What are your top selling fragrances.  Which one does Jacquie Reid like?

We've found that Lavender Cami, Precious Sudan, White Silke and Citruese are our best sellers.  Ms. Reid wears a combination of our fragrances which she changes as she chooses.    However, this changes according to her preference.  Our line of products is desgined to mix and match creating a uniquie fragrance that works in harmony with each customer's body chemistry.  We recommend that you choose a combination of fragrances that work best with your chemistry.

What is the best way to keep my products so they are fresh and long lasting.

We suggest putting unused products in the refrigerator to extend their shelf.   During cold months our butters' consisency and smoothness may shift do to the natural incredients.  Of you find it to be grainy or unsmooth just put in the microwave on low for about 35 seconds until liquid and place in the refrigerator.  It will become perfectly smooth again.
