My butter feels a little grainy.  Why is that?

If the product is placed in an extremely cold environment (or a warm environment causing it to melt and solidify again) the flower wax component may harden creating a grainy-like texture.  To fix this simply place the jar of butter in a microwaveable bowl or dish, place in a microwave on low for 30-40seconds until melted to liquid (check every 20 seconds to make sure jar does not melt) Lastly, cool for 15-20 minutes before placing in the refrigerator to solidify again.  The butter will return to its original creamy texture.

What is the best way to keep my products so they are fresh and long lasting.

Our products have a shelf life of 6 months when placed in a cool dry environment.  We suggest putting unused products in the refrigerator to extend their shelf.   During cold months our butters' consistency and smoothness may shift do to the natural ingredients.  If you find it to be grainy just put in the microwave on low for about 35 seconds until liquid, cool at room tempature then place in the refrigerator.  It will become perfectly smooth again.

What is your return/exchange policy?


We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale.  However, due to the category of our product (perishable) we only able to offer refunds on a case by case basis, preferably on unopened/unused items. Unopened and unused merchandise may be returned for online credit or refund to card less the shipping fees within 14 days of receipt of item/s when accompanied by the following:

-Original receipt/packing slip, all original packaging affixed to item.  opened and/or used items will not be accepted for exchange or credit.  We do not cover costs for return shipping.  

Refunds are not issued for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Items in these catagories will be replaced.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact or 347-674-3638

What are your top selling fragrances.  Which one does Jacquie Reid like?

We've found that Lavender Cami, La Vera, Precious Sudan, White Silke and Citruese are our best sellers.  Ms. Reid wears a combination of our fragrances which she changes as she chooses.    However, this changes according to her preference.  Our line of products is designed to mix and match creating a unique fragrance that works in harmony with each customer's body chemistry.  We recommend that you choose a combination of fragrances that work best with your chemistry.
